Warranty Conditions:
- All products are warranted for one year against non-human damage.
- If there are any issues with the goods, the buyer needs to provide relevant documents (photos, videos, etc.). Please contact Rostar Tech before disassembling the product. Remember, if you disassemble any goods without our permission, we will not be responsible for the quality or after-sales service.
- Regarding return shipping costs for repairs, it depends on the specific reason for the product damage. If there is a quality issue within the warranty period, we will bear the shipping costs.
- Regarding RAM policy: We offer free repairs within one year. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost, while we cover the shipping cost for the return, excluding any human-induced damages.
